Founded by Dr. Scott Farley, DO, a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Comprehensive Spine Center began as a single Dallas office focused on minimally invasive back surgery. Through patient demand and strong surgical outcomes, we expanded to seven clinics, adding orthopedic surgeons, pain-medicine physicians, and diagnostic specialists.
