I would like to highlight the excellence of Isaac Bolanos, PA‑C.
During my first visit with Isaac, I received an injection that unfortunately did not immediately relieve my pain. Rather than dismissing my concerns, Isaac took the time to conduct additional assessments, thoughtfully ruling out the S1 disc and explaining that my symptoms were more consistent with involvement of the S3 disc. After receiving treatment, I noticed that the sharp edge of the pain had been reduced.
Over the following weeks, I realized just how effective the injection truly was when the pain gradually returned; I hadn’t fully appreciated the relief it provided until it was gone. That realization alone speaks to Isaac’s clinical judgment, knowledge, and attentiveness.
At my follow‑up visit today, Isaac once again demonstrated exceptional, patient‑centered care. Beyond the medical plan, he offered additional steps I could take to support my healing, including increased hydration, regular movement, stretching, yoga, tai chi, and other holistic approaches to pain management. His guidance reinforced that healing is not just about procedures, but about supporting the whole person.
You cannot teach people to care, and Isaac genuinely does. I left the office today feeling uplifted and optimistic, not only about managing my pain, but about overcoming it and returning to my pre‑accident level of function.

Great doctor and assistant. Any Chacko took everything into consideration. Even sent me to my PCP ( recommended) for some unrelated things she said I should get checked out. Marlene was awesome too
My nurse practitioner Any and her medical assistant Maklene were very kind and a huge help during my visit.
All of the providers were very nice, understanding and attentive to all of my needs. Before the injection, I was very nervous, but was put at ease with the kindness and informative staff. Definitely wasnt nearly as bad as I thought and I feel like a new person in a new body! If I had to do this all over again, I'd return to them in a heartbeat. Special thanks to Kassie, Annie and Dr. Bidgoli!
Dr. Bidgoli at Comprehensive Spine Care is one of the warmest, kindest, and most optimistic physicians I have ever experienced.
Dr. Bidgoli guided me through several injection procedures that, at the time, I honestly did not think were effective. However, a couple of months later, when I returned to the office and the pain had resurfaced, I realized, and openly shared with him, that the procedures had actually worked extremely well. I didn’t fully appreciate the relief they provided until the pain returned, which, in itself, speaks volumes about the effectiveness of his care.
At every visit, Dr. Bidgoli greeted me with a genuine smile. At the end of each procedure, he would thoughtfully ask, “Are you feeling better?” Since this was my first experience with this type of treatment, I didn’t always know what to expect. What I did know was that Dr. Bidgoli was confident, calm, and reassuring. He consistently conveyed belief that things would improve, and that confidence gave me strength.
Dr. Bidgoli is humble, kind, and has a way of settling your spirit the moment you enter the room. He took excellent care of me during procedures, which can be intimidating, and continued that same compassion and attentiveness during follow‑up visits. I always felt heard, supported, and respected.
I highly recommend Dr. Bidgoli to anyone seeking spine care. Thank you for being an advocate, for answering my questions with patience and compassion, and for addressing my concerns so thoroughly. I am truly grateful for you and the entire team at Comprehensive Spine Care.
